Application Process

Step 1:    Admissions Consultation

Step 2:    Submit the Application Fee and Schedule the                         Admissions Test and Interview

Step 3:    Submit the Admissions Application Documents

               

Please complete and submit the following                              documents to the Admissions Office via email or post.

  • Application, including a color photo (3X4cm) : Please click here to download

  • Photocopy of the applicant’s passport

  • 2 Teacher Recommendations (English, Math)

       Please use the GIS Teacher Recommendation Forms.

  • Principal’s or Counselor’s Recommendation (not required, but preferred

  • Official Copies of Transcripts (for the past 3 years)​

  •  All documents must be official and, if in Korean, translated into English and must be notarized. 

 

NOTE: All documents submitted will not be returned under any circumstances.

Step 4:     The Admissions Test and Interview

Applicants will take the full MAP assessment.         

The interview is conducted in English by a member of the school’s administration.

Step 5:     Admissions Committee Review

 

The Admissions Committee will review each application.

Every effort is made to notify the applicant of the committee’s decision within ten(10)business days after all the application documents and fees have been submitted and the completion of the admissions test and interview. Depending on the circumstances, the process might take longer.

Step 6:     Payment of Tuition and Other Fees Upon Acceptance

 

Upon receipt of all tuition and fees, the student will meet with the academic counselor to review the student’s course plan.​
